Mortal Man is about 800 yards on the right.From the North (in good weather)From Junction 40, take the A66 west towards Keswick, turning left after one mile onto the A592. Follow this road alongside Ullswater and over Kirkstone Pass. At the base of the valley turn right at 'The Mortal Man' directional sign and the hotel is situated about 400 yards on the left.
