This 3-star rated, Lakeland-stone, Victorian house is set in a quiet side street, approximately five minutes' walk from the train/bus station. Jo and Alan offer quality accommodation and excellent value for money. They are very happy to advise you on any walks and have maps to assist you. They can also book you on to tours and make dinner reservations for you at one of the many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, or beyond. The house is situated opposite Ellerthwaite Park and is a gentle 20-minute walk from Lake Windermere itself.
This wonderfully, charming Victorian residence is non-smoking and offers value for money and comfortable accommodation. All of the five bedrooms have colour television, en-suite shower rooms and teacoffee making facilities. Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for pets or children. Latest check-in 21. 00hrs.
By road:
Leave m6 at junction 36, head for Windermere on a591. Follow signs for Windermere/Bowness Town Centre, turn left after traffic lights and we are 100 yards up on the left.

By public transport:
Train and Bus Stations are only 100 yards apart. Go into village centre, past traffic lights, turn left and we are 100 yards up on the left. It is approximately 1/2 mile and 3.00 GBP in a taxi.
